SMD is indeed a hero centric show...It's pretty evident that it's written in a way to back the hero of the show....In female centric shows, it's the heroes who receive the brunt in order to hype the female leads and here the case is opposite

KRQ definitely sees himself in his heroes and writes from the male pov where the story is definitely male centric!

Bilal is such an author backed role tbh.

Humsha is already in one sided love with him and we will continue to have these conversations where Humsha will keep wanting Bilal to notice her while he will keep talking about Sadaf....KRQ's 2nd lead heroines are usually in love with heroes right?

I think it was pretty clear from epi 1 that the whole show revolves around Bilal and how he wins Sadaf's heart..how he changes himself for the love of his life..!!

KRQ usually write good love stories...and his MLs are generally good and not toxic..be it pyarey afzal,mere paas tum ho or sadqay tumhare..the heroes were very well written.

i agree...Bilal will think that Sadaf deeply loves Ammar thanks to Humsha's manipulation and Sadaf's behavior towards Bilal.

I can't shake the feeling that Bilal and Sadaf will get married at some point and there might be the scope of history repeating itself.....Bilal might love Sadaf more just like his dad loved his wife more fearing that Sadaf might leave him...Ammar returns but instead of doubting Sadaf he will be willing to let her go...his dad died after the wife left coz he couldn't bear to let her go but i guess Bilal will set her free......I just feel we will see unconditional love from Bilal's end while Sadaf will be in love with him but something or the other will keep stopping her from truly being with him.

and if they do not marry and Ammar - Sadaf marry only to separate, then Sadaf might marry Bilal after that and the same thing will happen.

Yes and the heroes flirt back too. Bilal would too . Already they have kind of a playful relationship.
