I am surprised that PDPTRP didn't change TRPs of Jafaa. And it remained more than TRPs of Ghair.

Yeah. There is no ARY or GEO drama airing on Sun at 8 pm. So it's a pretty uncompetitive slot. So both HUM and Green dramas have an advantage when they air in this slot compared to if they were airing in the more competitive weekday slots. Even when JN aired on Fri-Sun, its Sun TRP would consistently be 1.5-2 points higher than its Fri-Sat TRP. But 3.6 is still a decent #. Let's see if it sustains.

It was more than just the opening episode though. But yes, there was a big dip post e1 with TRPs getting better again towards the end.

Overall:

• 4 episodes got TRP equal to or more than 3.0
• 8 episodes got TRP equal to or more than 2.0 but less than 3.0
• 16 episodes got TRP less than 2.0

Let's see how Faraar does in the same slot.

that post was comparing with duniyapur's 3.2. only one epi did more than 3.2. but 3 other epis towards the end got a 3.0.

Qarz-e-jaan did well too with 8.5 trps and I guess it’s true there wasn’t any competition from the other 2 mainstream channels. I remember when ZPKB first aired it had competition from Geo with Jaan Nisar and so the trp was only 6.2 but it increased to 8.3 once Geo dropped Jaan Nisar from Sundays slot as HUM didn’t have any competition with anyone other than Green.

I remember Kaddu uncle got insecure and decided last minute to air JN on Sunday and even then ZPKB beat JN in TRPs .
