Most think that Karan is playing smart but actually it is Vivian who is smarter. He has very intelligently deduced that people are tangling with him for footage so he tries to deny them the limelight by walking away. In their frustration they are creating a false narrative that he can’t fight. Best to do is walk away. Why get mud on himself when debating nobodies like Kashish and Digvijay.
On the other hand Karan told Shilpa and Chum that he feels he can’t get involved in the house because he doesn’t see anyone as intelligent as himself to interact with. Those two dumb ladies let him get away with that insult which included them as well. The housemates have no problem with Karan staying out of fights or not having an opinion. See their double standards. Why, because Vivian is a bigger name than Karan. They need Vivian to be seen in the show and not the jealous wallflower Karan.
