I think Avi did that (maybe he even said it) to break and isolate, shake confidence of KV. Avi said that Chum is the only one who would never leave KV. Shilpa is not loyal and a flipper. Shrutika is loyal to herself first (which is good.. She listen to herself and want to stay her authentic self). But I do not believe she would nominate KV nor Chum if she has other choices.

I am waiting for Chum to protest and stop cooking and working all day.. Just talk all day with her friends.. Give the fans ChumVeer material..
