Is Rajat Dalal more arrogant than Vivian?

My last poll results are here. And I don't think Vivian is arrogant but the real arrogant guy on bb18 is rajat dalal. He has an arrogance of his steroid strength which is why bat bat pe logo ko marne ki bat karta hai. Actual arrogant tou ye bhaisahab hai who keeps disrespecting even the hosts of the show.
