I have been a faithful and avid reader of a national daily for the past 30 years or so . The newspaper is read by the entire family . Of late and ( it has happened in the past too) I found the newspaper cheating it's readers by carrying advertisements in more than 75% of its pages ... Reams and Reams of newsprint is being dedicated to marketing of useless products and Events or political campaigns ... Do we pay our hard earned money to see these advertisements or to get clean news ? Then people complaint why newspaper readership is going down ! By such cheap tactics by newspaper agencies , it is only going to go down further in this digital age of tap , scroll and swipe .. Let the screen time increase further in our lives 🙏

त्या मध्येही first page ad च्या ad असतात.

अधे मध्ये ही असतात.

कधी पानभर तर कधी half page..

yes agreed that's why we changed to Ma.Ta long back. English madhe ToI ani Marathi madhe loksatta are famous for half the paper ads.
