Why do I feel bilal is the donor? Even if he is the donor will there be any risk ? I hope not. I want sadaf to join them for treatment not to stay here among suiciders and manipulators

My favorite scene in today’s episode was when he said, “I’ll take Z to the US for treatment, but you can’t come since you don’t like being with me……” The shift in his tone made me genuinely feel for him—Namadar’s words had clearly cut deep, wounding his self-esteem, and now he seems to think he isn’t worthy of her. Part of me feels like he was hoping Sadaf would refute him right there. Wahaj’s performance was outstanding today; he truly brought out the vulnerability in that moment.

Ammar and Humsha might look like villains but I don’t think they would be the reason for BilSad to drift apart. It would be something of their own doing or specifically Bilal’s doing. He still hasn’t given any reasons for Sadaf to hate him so I wonder what happens ?

Does becoming a donor cause health problems ? Then it might be going the KHNH route where Bilal would sacrifice his love cos he would be dying.

So, Bilal's father and the doctor are certainly played by two different actors 😂😭

I agree. It would be an internal conflict which would leave the two to not be together

She might tbh coz since episode 1 they have been harping on the suicide angle. If he actually tries committing suicide then Sadaf might feel that his intentions and claims of love were all true and she might then accept his proposal
