Even it will look more real! Why Arshi will waste her life knowing Ani is already J's!! She expressed her wish to move on to her mom. So if she finds someone else in life, I will consider it a normal progression in life for her. Atleast that is logical than showing her being loyal to a man who has been taken by another woman.

While I still believe there won't be any real baby, but under Srishti's pressure she can act accordingly..with this story line, makers' fav Arshi didi will remain pristine, Ani will be somewhat redeemable post Arshi's pol kholna and there will be a scope for Runak union without any actual filth happening between Anishit!! 🤞🤞🤞

And actually in Guddi, after getting dhoka from ML, the PL had relationship with another man, though never shown in the serial in detail..so yes... there's a good possibility!
