Maybe I am stating a controversial opinion… the only conflict in the story is derived from the existence of Arshi’s presence. After Ani expressed his love for Jhanak clearly, the makers should have had a clear pathway of how to keep Arshi relevant in the mix and not used Ani to mouth these stupid dialogues.

it is an EMA story in the sense that while Leena did not have the courage to show it as an EMA for the Hindi audience, she wants to sell it as that..

My point is if the aag incident had happened after the rituals… Arshi would be a wife to Ani technically and in a scenario of that kind… it is possible to conclude that it would have been difficult to extricate oneself from such a situation. Everyone’s position could have been justified without all this. In a real situation, it is not easy to end relationships and so in a way, her presence however irritating it be would be justified without Ani having to say stupid things.

The problem is Leena is trying to be clever by half… She knows Ani is a cute character… the ones who love him( or Krushal anyway) will just dust off his bakwas, the other TRP “Aunties” ( well I am an Aunty too 😂😂😂 just not a TRP one I guess) would just take it as male thing and dust it off ( this part I really don’t know… what’s their target audience)

There’s an audience that is treating the shaadi done in that mandir as the real deal…. Well it is too but not because it was done but because the two attach importance to the bond they have built over this time… like an arranged marriage, if you will, fallen in love as they went along and so that bond will always have primacy over anything else… which is why the bond with Arshi didn’t endure… despite it being born before this bond.

Makers will play the same trick like Mumbai dance track...one side they will show J's revenge track which will pull trp by engaging trp aunties and on the other side they will do filthy stuff with Anishit which viewers do not like...but the J's badla track has greater impact than Anirudh's butchering...so Leena will not stop doing that!🤧🤧
