I really think SMD story mai dumm tha and would have been good pulpy entertainment with its share of high emotions angst and romance in the hand of the right director. But Haseeb has tried every trick in the book to make this into a boring slogfest.

Not only Haseeb, even KRQ is like that. His idea of romance is just long dialogues between the characters.

That's coz the bar keeps dropping every time.

Only positive thing about SMD over Mein is that Wahaj has put effort in his performance in SMD (notwithstanding the inconsistencies). And that BA dresses better than Zaid.

In MPHT, I was tired of the selfless ek tarfa pyaar of Saad after a while. But after SMD, I realize that at least Saad had other dimensions to his character - as a son, a brother. The breakdown he had at his father's death was so moving. And Saad and Neelo bro-sis duo were one of the best ones on ptv that year. SMD mai toh BA has no identity except being in one-sided selfless love with Sadaf.

Guys bilal said ek ladki ki vajh se he started drinking so we will have some new character his ex who can break bilsad relation i guess in future.

I think they are using ladki in place of "woman" if you translate in English, the age is not a factor
