How did Sara clear the mental health screening?

Mental health screening is a prerequisite for entering the show. I am really confused how did she clear it ? Or is Hrithik Roshan genuinely doubt any Colors show.

Agree, can we send her home. She is unstable. The only house she needs to be locked in is an asylum.

I dont think normal person acts as a mental healer or works on Hrithik Roshan to heal his brain. She was abnormal that is why BB invited her in the 1st place.

Sara needs therapy. I think Arfeen knows about her state of mental health because he has said in previous episodes that he is concerned about Sara. However, he didn't specifically say mental health. Look at her conduct she is not normal

same pinch but than look at past seasons how did that Afsana in BB15 got clearance ?
