For me the most disturbing is when contestants slap themselves. The worst was some singer behen jisne ek bande ko khoob baddua di and then out of guilt or whatever started hitting herself badly! She's a great singer tho. Some khan.

I watch it for sheer guilty pleasure 🤣. I don't watch any other Hindi show also... So this is my only source to TV entertainment.
