There are two reasons why I give the molestation track a pass:

Firstly, even now women get assaulted by their own family memebers and if they dare to speak, they are the ones who get shunned. It was painful to watch how Aman had to coerce Rajat to stand by Savi. But rest of the things were actually realistic. And the actor playing Jigar made it look intensely creepy. Kudos to him for that.

Secondly, I got some nice Savi-Sai moment which is my primary reason for tuning into this show.

So one can only imaging how far they'll go when the other tracks would be playing out.

Ghum's promos are misleading. I want to hope against hope that Savi will stand by Rajat. If not anything else, Rajat taking care of the media coverage should tell her enough that the guy is truthful and supports what's right.

There's no way he would deliberately hurt Isha.

But then again, anything can happen.

@red- Yes, it's true. Molestation is a very horrific crime....Molestation can happen to anybody & anywhere- whether it's at our own home by any creepy relative, or outside by any stranger.....so the track was realistic, becz of all the wrong accusations imposed on Savi, things can actually turn the kind of toxic that was shown in here. Situation could actually be manipulated in uglier ways by opportunists like Arsh- Aashka & Jigar to defame Savi in any way possible...
Even M-I-L like Bhagyashree exist, who hail ther Son-I-L like a king, they would trust their Son-I-L over D-I-L...It indeed happen in real life becz often innocent ones are framed in false cases. Such plight of daughter-in-law still exist

Molestation track of Ghum- was based on real-life incident, the series of incidents really happen in real life around ys.

@blue- Ghum promos are indeed, often misleading & unpredictable. We actually need to wait till the episodes are uploaded, to watch how things play out. smiley36They sometimes deviate from their promos as per their wish, seeing the public backlashsmiley36smiley37, but also sometimes remain adamant.

You would know better since this is the first time I'm actually watching the show. Earlier, I had only basic idea about the tracks.

Also Golimumab raised an interesting point here that they are scrapping all the lighthearted scenes and rushing straight to the track where Ashka would be brought back to Rajat's house to bring back Ghum's classic triangle.

If that's the case, I'll be glad because we'll be spared of Rajat's unhealthy obsession with Kiaan.

But then again, both in Season 1 and Season 2, Virat and Ishaan were conflicted due to their promises made to Pakhi and Reeva respectively. I wonder how it's going to work here because Rajat hasn't made or broken any promises. Ashika left him on her own.

I can understand if it's introduced this early then Savi will question her position in the household and she may decide to back off as all she ever wanted was for Sai to have a normal, complete family. If Ashka can provide her that, she won't stop unless Rajat himself doesn't stop her.

But then what?

Unlike the earlier seasons, they can't drag it forever considering Rajat has already moved on. smiley29

Yeah!! At this moment, it seems like a very much possible reason ...."rushing things to bring back their beloved love triangle back"...😂Ghum makers think, classic love triangle is their USP....so trying to reinstate it & bring back their creativity with triangles

Okay, so bringing triangle would mean audience getting spared from the torture of Rajat's obsession with Kiaan😯 I didn't know. I haven't watched that show in depth , in fact no show could fixate my attention for a longer span.

But we have to wait & watch....only time will tell, what's ultimately going on, in Ghum CVs mind & how all this plays out....

If circumstances are there in Ghum's favour, they'll be able to show their Mashallah creativity. So, Nushrat, rest assured, if given Love triangle as a premise, they can dish out as many conflicts & tracks as we could have ever think of.....

Let's, Wait & Watch.... it's a matter of time, we'll get a clearer picture

I disagree with what you said. How does rushing towards love triangle mean that the audience would be spared from Rajat's obsession with Kiaan?

Raman's obsession with Adi toned down significantly after accident track once he realised that his actions were turning him into an arrogant spoilt brat..The same would happen in ghum as well.

But in the og, by the time they brought Shagun in Bhalla house, Raman and Ishita's relationship became extremely strong and so Shagun/Adi didn't have any affect on it. If they bring that track so early in ghum, it would look out of place..Ghum cvs must focus on developing the relationship between Savi and Rajat properly before bringing that track, so skipping the lead couple scenes/ light hearted scenes doesn't really help

If only they knew the khichdi they made each time. smiley39

Well... the OG ML was obsessed with the son's character. WE have already seen glimpses of that in Rajat too. It was difficult to watch because a lot of times the poor OG Sai had to go through unnecessary custody battles which no child should be going through.

It took the OG ML a long time to muster the courage to be strict with his son and clear his misunderstanding that just because he loves him, he wouldn't accept his vile mother back to his life.

Kiaan is annoying AF. I would rather accept Ashika in Thakkar's house if Rajat spilled it out earlier than later.

But we have to wait & watch....only time will tell, what's ultimately going on, in Ghum CVs mind & how all this plays out....

Yeah!

Ghum usually focuses on the ML's dilemma but I wish this time they deviated and focused on Savi. Because logically, she should be the one stuck between her past and present. smiley13

On a side note, if they introduced another bomb blast, would you watch Season 4 for Sai or you would want Savi's biological child? Just asking... smiley36

Because I think Sai should be enough as she's the one who filled the void in Savi's heart. I hate it when they stress on the biological child and make a vamp out of such cuties like they did in the great legacy show. smiley35 smiley35 smiley35

Again, you've raised a valid question. smiley20

Coming to my analysis, Raman's obsession didn't tone down post-Amma's accident. Yes, he rebuked Adi when he misled Ishita and she landed in trouble at the bachelor's party but when it came to Adi, Raman was never very decisive. He went on to exchange Ruhi for Adi even though that was an unintentional mistake. However, he prioritized Adi's mental health and put Ruhi through hell. I blame Ishita as well since she could have protected Ruhi and assured Adi of their support.

Eventually, when Ishita realized Shagun's true nature, she supported Raman and only then he told Adi that he loved him irrespective of his relationship with Shagun.

Here I'm not talking about Rajat-Savi's relationship. Just because Raman was heavily dependent on Ishita for mental support, it's not necessary for Rajat to do that too.

With or without Savi, he can be honest with Kiaan and tell him that he would never accept Ashka back. As a father, that would be the most logical thing to do.

His progression with Savi can take place parallelly.

Haan, this should be the major change that Ghum should bring in, making Rajat honest with each of his child, with or without Savi

Deviation for better, is a wise decision & completely aligns with the changed time & decade. It would be so great of CVs if they contemplate & put in their own brains & inputs more
