Neither Ruhi nor Abhira will lose the baby. Abhira might be in coma after childbirth because of excessive blood loss. Ruhi-Rohit will raise their own child whereas Armaan will raise BSP alone (you have to be best papa & teach him to differentiate between right and wrong indicates that) obviously with family's help, though Armaan & child will frequently visit hospital to spend time with bsp ki mama. One fine day Abhira will wake up & they might focus on Abhira and bsp relationship gap because she missed initial years of her child's life. Just a prediction though I want both Armaan & Abhira happy with their little bundle of joy.
