I more annoyed about the pace. The Zaviyaar revelation should have concluded in the last episode. Her finding out, crying about it, talking to Zaviyaar and deciding to work at Bilal Abdullah should have happened last week.

There’s still quite a few scenes of Bilal and Sadaf coming up where it looks like Sadaf will become much more comfortable with Bilal. How are we going to get there at this pace?

I was wondering if Sadaf will agree to sleep with him in exchange for money but he will decline saying "Achi ladki are precious" etc?

If I ignore my love for Wahaj, I am liking Sadaf and Zaviyaar's dynamics

Sadaf was introduced as a bubbly girl who laughed at everything because her father was there, now we don't know when we'll see her laughing, she will go through a drastic change so will Zaviyaar

I like these two characters genuinely

I am not sure about mother because Namdar said he has two kids, she has one so didn't he believe that she loves Sadaf equally? Maybe there's more to her

But dramas should be promoted as what they are, people should be allowed to file charges against makers for false marketing

I think this is not Bilal's story, this is Sadaf's story. It's about her journey. I dnk if I like that cuz I was sold for Wahaj but I think he has the least work as of now.

If u ask me, Bilal just got intrigued by Sadaf when he saw her on that road that day.This isn’t love or even true attraction—it’s simply a fixation that takes hold. Later, learning she’s his colleague’s daughter only intensifies that feeling.All his life, he’s been accustomed to people accepting what he offers without question, especially women rarely turning him down but when she turns down the offer it just makes him wonder.

In his lawn, he finds himself replaying their first meeting in his mind. He recalls the exact moment her gaze lifted to meet him a second time, and something about it lingers, making him wonder why she looked at him that way n why her quiet distance is pulling him in. He’s wrestling with these new, unfamiliar feelings, trying to make sense of a pull he’s never felt before.

I genuinely connected with their feelings, and it all feels so believable to me.

But of course, pace is an issue still and I am least bothered about the other side characters. I don’t get why people dismiss Bilal n Sadaf so quickly—they haven’t even shared a single scene that lasts more than a minute yet. Their story hasn’t even started..so what chemistry is everyone talking abt!! I trust Haseeb- a guy who made Alif can’t falter that badly! He’s one of those very few directors who gets the best out of the actors- Kubra’s best is still Alif(imo) and he also has a knack of weaving a lot of metaphors into his scenes…so let’s see!

How come Thursday episodes views are getting more views than wednesdays?

Episode 4 reached ten million and 3 is 9.9 million

Episode 6 is 8.4 million and 5 is 8.2 million

If the story does shift to Sadaf and Ammar, it will run parallel with Bilal and Humsha.

If the story was written with keeping Bilal in mind, we wouldn't see inconsistencies in his character, his scene in the car is being repeated because writer has little material to work with.

1 The golf scene - Inconsequential

2 Bilal writing Sadaf's name - Inconsequential

3 Bilal not having monologs because writing "Bilal sitting by the pool crying" is much easier than writing whole monologue for him to explain his feelings. It means there wasn't enough time to include him

4 No scene of Bilal hearing about Namdar's death when he supposedly played a huge role, Bilal didn't return right away, he returned after a few days when the family had come to terms with death of a family member

5 Bilal not trying to figure out what was bugging Namdar when he saw him worrying in the car

Looking back in 6 episodes, there are not many scenes of Bilal which have any stakes in the story

It is very easy to write a story for Bilal but it is simply not there

Unpopular opinion alert.

I think the inconsistencies in BA character are there because of Wahaj & Haseeb - not KRQ.

I have heard other reviewers mention this too and I too think the script intended for BA to be this drunkard and womanizer who thought Sadaf was a hot girl when he saw her but does not develop any finer feelings for her until he meets her later. Any respect he built for Sadaf in that interim was based on guilt at leering after her due to Mirza sb, and it was Mirza sb's disapproval that really made him introspect first at how inappropriate he was about Sadaf in e1 and would have prompted him to make the appointment offer. Further, what cktrs around BA said about Sadaf's personality - her intelligence, her khuddari - is what would have made BA think of Sadaf as more than just some random hottie he saw. But the rona dhona blushing predated all these convos where BA gleaned any meaningful about Sadaf, hence the khichdi.

The piano scene, the blushing and finger writing I feel were all non-verbal cues/shots that Wahaj & Haseeb chose to add to make the cktr look more like a "hero". I think they were too afraid to take the character where the script/writer intended it to go. The character arc would have made more sense this way if the contrasts were played up. That's why the transition from leering to crying on the piano in a matter of an episode was so confusing (to many viewers). Plenty of viewers still struggle to understand what BA is feeling or don't find what they see believable and I think that is not on KRQ only but the choices made by Wahaj & Haseeb.

You are mistaking “not looking pretty” to mean no makeup. Makeup was there but it was bad. Lighting also bad. Uss waqt bhi kaha tha maine.

What Hassan Amina thought was too much makeup, I think it’s just bad makeup. You can look closely and see that not a single thing from the matte lipstick to kajal to eyeshadow to blush was skipped. And all brown/dark shades. Flattering nahi hai imo. But I’m glad it’s working for you. For me it’s distracting.

Humsha was not the focus in this scene. But still her styling stood out and was a bonus. Since she is shown to be quite glamorous I thought the kurta shalwar touch from her usual western was appropriate of a step down to go to Sadaf’s house. She had also already been there to mourn in even simpler clothes before during the funeral.
