Yeah honestly it's to the credit of the actors like Anita Raaj that she's making this whole whitewashing seem convincing where atleast the scenes seem earnest! But it's atrocious how ridiculous the flip was and just how much vileness of hers is being expected to be forgotten just because she is now in the leads' corner!! @bold this is the issue honestly …as a legacy viewer, you know there were times when you empathised with a Gayatri or a Nandini or a Rajshri more than an Akshara …you look at characters for who they are and not just where they stand with respect to the leads…even in this gen, Sanjay interests and intrigues you as a character ..you actually want to know what his next move is…he makes you curious ….you might not like him but his antagonism towards the leads still doesn’t make you indifferent towards him …I have the same problem with Manoj in the cabin issue .:.this man has been sidelined all along …he accepted Sanjay as someone who stood by the family and the firm when they were kids ..so he is willing to cede to his authority …Armaan was stripped of his cabin and cases and no one could do a thing about it .:so he’s accepted the fact that Sanjay and Rohit will always come ahead of him …but after promising him the respect owed to him professionally, now Kaveri makes things worse by choosing Abhira as well over him .:.why would he not feel sidelined or disturbed or betrayed …there is no justification for Manisha being nasty to Abhira but it is also true that Manoj’s pain and humiliation cannot be sidestepped either …and if Kaveri is being sidelined by her family today, she herself is primarily responsible for that .:.she never took a stand when she had to and allowed things to blow up ..and now she’s conveniently taking a stand that makes her Ms Goody Two Shoes? We have extensively discussed and agreed that Armaan’s handling of the whole cabin affair needed calling out ::and we did that too .:.bottomline whether people are for or against the leads, they need to make sense to you as characters ..:and forget others, Kaveri makes no sense to me ..maybe Abhira can forget all the vile things she did, maybe Armaan can forget the lifetime of trauma and manipulation at her hands but we as an audience are now being expected to root for her over say a Manisha, whose words and actions seem inconsequential in the face of all that Kaveri has done? Koi DKP se seekhein ..they should run a masterclass on how to make a mess of a show and its characters 🤷🏻‍♀️

P.S - i had made up my mind not to post on the forum .:.but Shivani is my weak-spot and you know it smiley37

Even after all these divine signals to keep the baby, are they still gonna give miscarriage ? Because it seems too soon to show Abhimaan as parents . Or will they show Ruhi responsible for miscarriage and getting properly bashed, called out after all that she has done.

While I generally do enjoy Kaveri scenes, there is nothing that can make me belief that she is not simply a self-serving, egoistic person. She has crossed too many lines for that. She is a huge reason for Manoj's insecurities and why Vidya feels it is ok to treat Armaan (and Abhira) like dirt. And I will not even start on the shit she has put Armaan through, Abhira was at least a stranger to her. Half of the issues that cloud the Poddar family, including Charu not feeling comfortable enough to open up to them, stems from the kind of environment Kaveri has build and maintained.

See that's the thing.. time tho Chalo teekh hai ill even accept.. but she literally had no reason to go from prenup and investment to my best potha and potha bahu.. Abhira and Armaan were always on the receiving end of all of their collective insults and Vidya's curse was Armaan's limit and also a huge blow to Abhira that added to her probable limit which was not being able to conceive! So they were both just down and out.. and KP what.. felt sorry for them and decided Armaan isn't an investment anymore our of the goodness of her heart??? She just didn't have them questioning her or challenging her so she flipped?? It's not good enough a reason to let all that she has done previously to be erased.. it's great she's being human now but honestly she couldn't get herself to say she loved her grandson because he was born to a woman she didn't approve of! Or even treat him as anything more than an investment.. I don't think that's something to be forgotten..

Ruhi, Vidya and Manish were always flippers so they don't need backing or reasoning.. but KP has been a shocker.. and her flipping just seems convenient and an afterthought by the makers!! This is absolutely insane expectation even for this show to just brush aside every cruelty this character has shown over the entire lifetime of Armaan! And through the whole divorce track with Abhira..

I can't entirely agree with Manisha. She has been consistent in her support to Abhira and even Armaan. She has stood by ABhira in her most difficult times - Divorce, Peniless phase, Rumaal wedding track, Infertility track

I think now they are purposely degrading her character to prop up Kaveri as Abhira's sole support system among Poddars. It just bad storytelling
