Megha is weird. First she pushes away Arjun and then she's confident that Arjun will save her. When she went away, Arjun can connect dots that she was rushing to Amrita since her father fell down, or is in flight when he's calling. At least then she should have messaged Arjun that she's going to Mahim not Amritsar.

Arjun would find out easily with the last tracked location but before that how he'll get to know about Megha being in trouble that's what I want to know.

She is......Arjun is aware about how she is so he will try to check her out first instead of taking flight or approaching her in Amritsar this isn't the first time she did it....

Woh aayega zaroor! He is Arjun afterall. Without knowing anything he went to Georgia in the same flight as megha, so yahaan bhi aayega, makers ka hath uspe hai.. woh layenge usse but Megha has to be taught a lesson

Yes, this could definitely happen. In the promo it looks like she was going to injure Manoj with a lamp. So, yes.. she may call Arjun just when he is about to board the flight to Amritsar or something.
