she wasnt gonna hide pregnancy. she was gonna reveal it after failed attempts already. she didnt plan to starve either. she almost ate Ruhi ka bfast but got nauseous. she almost ate cake too but spotted Armaan. she just delayed eating a little bit because she really wanted to sort the matter and eat with Armaan. so she is caring about the baby.
