Curious Case about Shilpa Anand

Couple years ago, she accused her sister of murdering her and right now, she looks unrecognizable. Some people are saying that she is not alive and her family is hiding something because her recent pictures doesn’t match with her previous looks from DMG. All her pictures are shown in an angle but some people are saying that she is undergoing treatment and she has thyroid issues. Other people are saying that she is doing better now. I am confuse about it, Why doesn’t the Indian police do some investigations? In Crime Patrol, I saw similar situations like this. The case seems very fishy to me. I think her family is putting pictures of another person and trying to show that she is alive. Anyone know what is her situation now?
