But after the hospital scene where the reason why she want to keep the baby was about wanting to give Ar that khushi of own child and mending his relationship with family, was there any other monologue about the conflict? In my opinion, the conflict would have worked better and even more logical if it also included Ab's yearning to become a mother even if the chances are less than 5% but she want to take the chance, rather than making it all selfless for Ar.

Ab knew Ar always dreamt of his baby but she didn't so she's like he wants it more them me so I'll die to give him that.

And she said Ar's all blood relatives are his ehsaan and karz wali family so she'll give him baby who can be first blood related to love him unconditionally.

Forgetting Ar loves her and her dieing will affect him.

I know it's all irrational. But there is no reason for Ab to die to give Ar the baby.. Anyways Ar's agency is not being considered, a divorce and Ar remarriage could work as well because anyways she is not going to be with him.. That's why I said they could have written it about her yearning for her own child as well which would have connected better. And it's not that she didn't want a child, she just wanted to take time.

I wish Bhavna would show it like this, but we would mostly get supposed mamta ki murthi and meine sab mere Ar ki khushi ke liye hi kiya hain and 10x facial aerobics when the flip happens again
