Guess kaveri will be the one to reveal pregnancy. She anyways has challenged vidya. Vidya ka adv was ruhi's pregnancy ab kaveri Abhira ki haath pakadkar ghar pe kheer khilayegi.

If by chance armaan asks abhira to abort, ruhi & vidya will say khooni ki beti bhi khooni ho hoti hain & kaveri might further complicate the situation creating wedge in armaan abhira's relationship. And honestly, she deserves some indifferent behavior from armaan.
