Exactly - she will go to any extent required to make sure whatever crap her family pulls, does affect the firm & it's revenue. Like she said today that in recent times to amount of bad publicity the firm has received due to the family kalesh has really affected her, hence she wants to groom the 2 people she knows will actually give her results rather than just be additional liabilities.

I actually feel bad for Sanjay Bansal here ..after two decades of blood and sweat to prop up the firm, this is how she is rewarding him …whatever his negatives, he is clearly established as a star lawyer …in support of Phuphs in this hour of crisis, I have shifted my allegiance to his team!

Charu is a lawyer but her kajal genes are much more prominent then Sanjay genes.

She thinks doing chindigiri like stealing files or client details at beginner stage can make her better.

Poor Sanjay got kismat like kaveri, no kids worthy enough to take his legacy.
