I think they mentioned she is around 18 and just graduated from school and he is way older and a womanizer..If they show her in an abusive marriage with this guy it would be quite disturbing..Yes, as soon as the show started if they show so much negativity it will be stressful to watch..They can show her struggles in other ways without this marriage track..They already have Vikram and Panibai to cause her enough trouble and obstacles..

If she has sindoor and varmala maybe the wedding is done and audience will be unfortunately done with show too unless she immediately runs away with Anurag to save her life!

If she run away after marriage then she will Rajesh's wife. There is no need of showing marriage. He is not a third angle. He is sasta gunda. Instead of this she will run away but they separated somehow.

Yes so true, I don't know what's the need to show her as Rajesh's wife and true to his character he will say he has his rights on her as her husband to make decisions..Yes, He doesn't have second lead vibe just a gunda ..Maybe their plan is to show her escaping an abusive marriage and to send a social message but still seems like way too much..Such tracks just give constant stress when we are expecting some entertainment..It's getting complicated way too early.

The real story begins after this marriage. Her struggles and how she fights this injustice and comes out of this abusive relationship.

I think once they run away and get caught, Rajesh will beat up Anurag and blackmail Durga into the forced marriage..Maybe this will turn Anurag stubborn or bitter. Yes, if they handle it well maybe it will be a good track though it could be bit hard to watch.

The main focus of the love story is on Durga and Anurag, so it's important to remember that even if marriage occurs, the main part is execution. Showing a woman coming out of an abusive marriage and fighting for her significant other can set a remarkable example of how women can succeed even after a failed marriage, which is common.

But since she's a kabila ki ladki, that too among people with such regressive thinking, and this is not just in serials, several areas of our society are so regressive that they think marriage is where the world ends.

The reason why I tuned in for anupama it was going good where she learned driving going to office and even her second love interest Anuj but their obsession with shahs ruined it for me otherwise it would have been a massive hit not just in trps but in breaking stereotypes.

If it manages to show what Anupama failed to (actually I liked the part where she divorced vanraj ) I would be fine with her marriage and also the fact that she's a young soul she'll be inspiration
