Today Ak and her daughter is character assassinated because she did not choose the ML, the toxic Manyu. Today she is panauti, murderer and what not because she moved on from a troubled relationship.

What you are actually trying to say is if the makers had ensured that FL stay a doormat to her toxic ML, she would not have been character assassinated and bashed by shippers.

Abhinav is bad because he took care of some one else's child. That time no one sees that just by giving a sperm doesn't make a man a dad. But with abhira everyone is quick to say that all they needed was Abhinav's sperm and they disposed him after that.
