I feel Jhanak's acceptance of Ani as her husband will go hand in hand in with convincing him that she only loves him.....but Jhanak Ani ke saamne humesha deny karti hai apni shaadi ko and changes the topic if he tries to ask her directly if she considers him her husband....that is why he remains confused

Jhanak on the other hand has been shown knowing that Ani loves her only but still keeps presuming he will be happy with Arshi...lol iska jawaab ab hopefully mil gaya hai Jhanak ko that along with Ani's family, she also kept pushing him towards Arshi and result yeh hai ki he's gotten a heart attack from stress and marne ki haalat mein aa gaya.

Ani could not believe J loves her even after intimacy..how does it matter whether she considers him as her husband?? moreover, he only stressed on consent over anything else...he didn't feel the necessity to complete Anishit marriage still sharing a room..if he really valued marriage over love he would not have done that...

Yep it is kind of confusing now. Ani says more than the rituals it is consent of two people important for a marriage to be valid. If going by the case, Ani started to live with Arshi as they both consented to the marraige then. But again he was hesitant to complete the rituals with Arshi. Ani also to some extent knows Janak loves him, but somehow she is not acknowledging it and pushing him away for whatsoever reasons is hurting him. He tried to push her to the edge to make sure she accepts from her mouth. Ani badly wants a verbal acceptance from Janak to proceed further but I seriously don’t know in what ways he wants to proceed.
