Lol some people even say that we worship Ravansmiley37

Not worshipping, but people in Srilanka do admire Ravana as great king. I once met a Srilankan online, he was saying that Ram was not a God but actually an alien who had come because he realized that Ravana was making earth more advanced than their planet and they couldn't accept it....

In fact Srilankans have named their satellite as Ravana since their culture has that Ravana was the first to develop a flying machine from their land

There are huge Hanuman in Temples in Hyderabad.

I was actually unaware about Navratri celebration there

About this fake news, I have heard too much about it, both by right wingers and language enthusiast . People used to say that in Hyderabad ringing bells in temples isn't allowed

Even TN has one of the biggest Hanuman temples

Who the hell are these people who spread such fake news?smiley7

Oh. That's interesting. Will watch the video

Now I remember, in Never ever I have, they showed Devi and her family celebrating a Puja with Golu. Probably that was Navratri then

Hyderabad is probably the most religiously devoted city for Hindus in South. You can see it in the movies too. Majority of religiously devoted movies come from telegu industry. It's just that undesirable population is too much so such illusion.

No not about you. I just told that there are people on this earth who actually find such a villain someone worth associating too. In fact why go to Srilanka, some Neo Buddhists in India try to do that, worshipping all the demons as their heroes

About Tamils being associated, I am not sure why, maybe they believe that since Ravana ruled the area of Tamilnadu hence people there have soft corner for them

Ravan ruled TN? I don't think TN was a part of Lanka in Treta yugsmiley37

I've also read somewhere that the present day Srilanka is not the golden lanka of Ramayan
