Wahi toh , either she gives birth to her own kids , goes for adoption or have no kids of her own. No point of inflicting some other women with the physical ordeal of carrying a kid to term.

adoption is best to show first later they can get their own kid once they are healthy. There is no such maa ki mamta only for blood or tummy born kids. It's all in mind set of elders and their nonsense only. We personally wanted second kid adopted when my health was not well I had little issues after my first is born.My in-laws didn't accept though my hubby is ready to adopt. So we didn't go ahead as the family never accepts kid and gives that difference between kids though we have no problem on it.

My neighbours were parents of healthy boy and when they were ready for a second child they opted for adoption. Although the the mother is physically fit to birth another child still they adopted a girl to give her a better future. Times are changing and if no treatment works then adoption is the best solution.

But we know Abhira will give birth to two kids. Boy will have ve heart issues and girl will face infertility. This is so repetitive.
