Looks like Manisha Chachi and Abhira will silently work together and Abhira will get a second opinion without informing anyone about it. Maybe Chachisa tells her about the ring chori and Mama Bhaat day confrontation with Ruhi which prompts Abhira to find out for herself what her issue is. I hope she smartly exposes Ruhi for this, like she did with the wedding card. Armaan should be the first one to go offff at Ms Ummeed because this was about Abhira’s health and their future child that she messed around with.

Ruhi's health issues will be dealt empathetically. Mainly because she has an affluent family to support her. Abhira has noone. Poddars ko pata hain kitna bhi abhira ko torture kare she will not go anywhere as she has noone except armaan. Plus kaveri is aware of her weird family love.

Mg ka beech mein aana, will shock poddars & make them realise that now abhira has a support system, & chances are their tortures will not be suffered silently. I feel this will push kaveri & sanjay to uncover the truth.

They might also try to ruin ruhi mg relationship to punish p nanu & to keep him away from abhira
