They are showing her have constant headaches so imo they will link it back with some mental health issue and whitewash everything as a trauma response. Pregnancy nahi hogi definitely, since she and Rohit dont have an intimate relationship yet. Abhira and Ruhi will both be pregnant at the same time or close, whenever it happens in the future.

I didn't watch the previous generation, so I’m not familiar with it and don’t want to comment on it. But honestly, this doesn't give me 'Rishta' vibes at all. If they’ve run out of ideas and want to copy something, they should at least use the search tool, aka Google, to find something meaningful. Bring something fresh and new to the ITV audience that they’ve never seen before. This way, they’ll have a chance to grow their audience base, both for this generation and the next (if they plan for another one).

cause ultrasounds do not exist you can check hormone levels through blood tests, but that would not be needed for just stomach pain and fainting. A lot of further tests have to be done. the whole process would take several days and doctors appointments
