All the things you mentioned may work if there is a leap and she relentlessly work for her profession otherwise atleast for me just another plot hole.

Honestly you are right about lazy writing and because of lazy writing the character is also shown as a lazy bum. I have friends who are in litigation and when you actually have to work in this field you dont have time to do chu chu- chi chi in other matters, this profession is very demanding specially when you are starting fresh.

More of less Abhira as a character is about blabbering relentlessly about her career and mumma ka dream but I haven't saw her actually working for it. And with her legal knowledge of singing so called legal document today which f with her reproductive rights, I would suggest her to go back to law school again to understand the law of this country 😙 .

Just a plain case of lazy bad writing creating a wasted potential character.

It's for all the cities.. in the beginning it's like that..as you climb up the ladder you get priviledges but it's very difficult , takes min 8-9 yrs to even get noticed...not possible unless there are good connections or one is really lucky ...nepotism works everywhere.. movies like jolly llb & a few more had more or less acurate depictions...there's a hierarchy of courts & lower courts r messy

They really made a joke out of it with ppl approaching lawyers to fight cases & abhira tells them "come let's go , there's a hearing " 😆 it takes days to file a case , get a date for hearing & years to get a judgement ...Civil cases take longer & criminal cases ki toh baat hi chodo..

Kisii ne Art 21 of constitution ke 4 cases padh liye ho toh woh bhi counter argument krle for her own rights, yahha she is supposed to be an advocate with good legal knowledge 🥲.

Prenup pr toh bahut discussion ho gya, leave that, but the clause about having a child in 1 year, Kaveri Poddar ke baap ma desh or ghar ka legal system h kya ye 😐 that she can enforce a women to not exercise her freedom of reproductive right, itna bhi nhi bola gya iss kabil vakeel se, roote roote sign krne chali gye, I would actually suggest her to go back to law school and iss baar padhai dhang se krna 🤨.

Bache ka clause toh is beyond my understanding. How can anyone ensure baby comes within one year ?🤣 and kaveri poddar kya hi kar legi if bacha nai hua ? Divorce karegi?

The best opition is to show abhira taking a controversial case which noone is ready to take, something similar like yuvraj's case, like something which yuvraj did to her and winning it after some hurdles. Her career will reach heights overnight and she will start getting cases, something like that would be good instead of this nonsense about her career. Also, can't dkp show her learning a lesson from past few incidents and doing some proper financial planning? 🥺🤞
