This is just based on what we read. 
What I read was few weeks ago Yash advised Akshat to make sure nothing wrong happens with Isha. Professional me personal nahi ghusao.
What I see now is Yash telling Akshat to harm Isha. Pura details nahi hai but everyone knows what this means and what happens in such cases. Agar yahi karna tha to why make a khichdi of showing him as golden heart.

Nahi koi accident nahi hua actually yuvika takes a lift from an unknown person and on the way sleeps in that car so that guy being a pervert takes her to a different location and starts shooting her a lil bit obscene video and was about to assault her itni mein Yash aata hai and yuvi ko bacha leta hai but somehow Shalini gets that video and leaks it...(Vid had some closer shots of vika..)

Don't know why but socha khatam kar ke hi will leave. I honestly wanted to leave but then saw that first launch promo of the show & felt absolutely sad at the present state. Log ek dusre ko manipulate karte hain and main purane promos dekhke khud manipulate ho jaati hu🫠
Anyway felt bad so decided to stick to see what ending Yuvika gets.
