Nobody ever talked about safety for doctors at work place till now. But doctors have been facing violence since a long time.

There have been so many instances of violence against doctors especially in emergency medicine departments which are short staffed under equipped most of the times while dealing with angry and anxious relatives of patients over delay in treatment.

Most of the hospitals do not have rest rooms for doctors who are on extended duty shifts. That's the reason why that unfortunate lady doctor went to take a nap in the seminar room.

Thirty six hour shifts at least once a week is a kind of training that residents go through all over the world. It is part of the training regardless of what speciality one is doing residency.

Safety for doctors at work place specially women doctors and women staff is an issue which is over looked till now.

Hope things change now.

Guys supreme court judgement for that poor girl will not take place tomorrow because apparently the judge is not available. It's not said that when is the next date so basically justice is delayed or maybe justice won't be served. Will this case be forgotten like the past cases and this poor girl would also never get justice?? I am not ready to believe that we have lack of judges I guess influential people have done their dirty deed of saving themselves. I don't know I just have no words today

Till now the state government failed us, opposing parties of the state government failed us, police failed us, hospital authorities failed us. But today supreme court failed us. I really have no hope left after today. I don't know what's going to happen
