Prenup is okay if its drawn up by the couple to decide on their asset/property split post divorce/separation. What Kaveri is doing is basically insinuating Abhira to be a gold digger and assuming that this marriage will not work. She is forcing Abhira to sign the papers by disrespecting her and her relationship with Armaan because if the woman had good intentions, she would not have had this discussion in isolation with Abhira when Armaan is not around. Her dialogues in the precap were awful, insulting and hurtful.

Kaveri is perfectly fine to suggest a prenup because she for whatever reason thinks its needed but she cannot bring it up to only Abhira. Armaan has to be there too. and she cannot draw up papers even before discussing it with the couple. Why does she keep cornering Abhira with all this name change, prenup etc

Kaveri's reason of protecting Armaans feelings by suggesting prenup is BS. Prenup seh paise, property and material assets protect hoti hai, feelings nahi. rishta tutne ka emotional reaction is not impacted by prenup.

She basically disowned Armaan from her property and firm, so what exactly is she protecting? The money he himself makes or the properties that he has bought with his own money. The decision about having a pre nup or not is ARMAAN’s and his only since he is anyway not inheriting any family wealth that Abhira could potentially take away.

I really want Armaan to rip Kaveri to shreds for this act behind his back. Wanting her blessings and approval, giving her respect does not mean she can do whatever the F she pleases

Kaveri is looking really stupid for agreeing to be guarantor for loan, giving emotional spiel about shaadi etc, and now suggesting prenup. She has already seen how Abhimaan felt about name change. toh phir bhi if she does stunts like this, its ridiculous.

Is prenup legal in India?

Because last I heard it wasn’t.

So shouldn’t Kaveri know that since she runs a Law firm.
