does this mean that Ani’s commitment to Arshi is deep or transactional; they showed Ani flying off the handle after encountering Adi-J equation. Somehow I feel Leena is trying to work on a mature theme but she has the constraints of the medium and therefore it looks like Ani is a Janus faced guy….

My faith is Ani extends when I can see a alternate scenario I can fully explain out without much extrapolation; but I also keep in mind knowing the way the story will likely take shape what I think could be possible; is highly improbable. No faith or delusion here...some hope that the artist in Leena will not stoop to toxicity over and over again.

I had another question - why did Ani tell J - she never trusted him; when she answered his question on why she left?

Yeh it’s planned I think so too but I don’t think every bit is … the major instances and confrontations are planned but otherwise not so sure … anyway how does it matter right ? In the end I am not being able to watch the leads I like and left watching the show I once loved 😒

She anyways has her story in two shows in her language here its just an improvisation or change depending upon the trp and viewers...

This pregnancy was definitely in her story line and the future of MC too , in today's episode, Jhanak's dialogue to him .. will you not allow the baby to come into the world , I will bring the baby ...not exact lines .. I feel now whatever Leena writes or makes the leads mouth are on purpose ...Now her MC will result in her MU of its Anirudh who is responsible and then the hatred .

I am taking it as a hint from the writer. Leena is really a talented and intelligent writer . The only issue is she brings in a lot of negativity and no good moments at all . And watching such a show daily is very tiring .

I wrote the other post for fun ..but I believe it was all in the story preplanned and was executed in each episode.

Only the dance show for some reason was dragged too much so viewers got a shock when she suddenly fainted after a long gap and they made her pregnant .Had it happened in two weeks it would have been in right time .

Bold - I had this as a nagging question too, but left it as Raat Gone Baat Gone! They showed a monologue that he was in talks with the dance show ppl for J’s participation but she left without informing him maybe he meant that!
Rekha- Arshi will be left relevant through Ani that’s why Ani has not come clean with her. How else would the drama at BH be more dhoom tana nana if not all 3 under same roof?

If tomorrow the makers show us indeed Ani is in love with both girls, then will have to digest it, so far I haven’t found a reason to believe so! Why Ani thought J could jalao Arshi didi , I know not except that J needed a “push” out from BH and Ani’s shaq gave her that!

All valid justification. How does the writer even come up with what Ani thinks? When I see this; I can believe fully writer will show Ani's behavior to J; as momentary loss of brains due to her rejection. After all there is history of his violent reaction to Adi J and then also he called her 'disgusting'.

My issue as you say is also Arshi. I know Ani feels a sense of responsibility to Arshi and it is strong. I know he feels no romantic interest in Arshi; is sometimes ashamed & disgusted with her manner of speaking; he was very clear during his sangeet that he loved J and not Arshi; he said - he knows who his responsibiltiy is and his love.I am not convinced Ani has any regard for her; let alone love; yet he wants her to stay at any cost. Did you see his face yesterday when she said she was willing to put up with anything because she wanted him? His reaction there was like 'I'm imprisoned for life'...So why? Commitment, his respect, his family's reputation? None of these factors seemed compelling enough for Ani's extreme reaction.

So why this - I will not leave Arshi at any cost; and the almost servitude wala reaction to her leaving? He wants to ensure his character is not tainted in front of his family. Really? Ani? Since when? All he has ever done is given his family reasons to be ashamed of him, by running after J. There was one line yesterday where Shristi said - she could keep Ani accountable because of his past activities. Is that running after J? Also while Arshi is upset abt Ani's possible physical reaction with J; Shristi is very pragmatic abt it - in fact knows its likely true; and does not care because all she wants is for J to pay for whatever Urvasi supposedly did to her and ensure Ani does not leave Arshi. And she seems to be confident she can control Ani. What happened to cause Ani to completely change his reaction to his 'sasuma'? He now feels Shristi and Arshi were right and J wrong? Yesterday he was shit scared of Shristi.

Very likely there is no manipulation and this is Ani being Ani; but these were the questions that made me wonder.

If we answer why Ani will not leave Arshi - categorically, that is when we will solve this puzzle.

Leena will give us many confusing & ambiguous scenes to keep us guessing and keep hope.

How J will stay in Calcutta in BH while Arshi is in residence and still work with Adi in film is what I want to see. They can do this by dragging the pregnancy out...I dont want this horrid track to continue for long tho.

This hasn’t been supported by the events unfolding..

You mentioned that Ani’s actions atm are seeming to come from duress….ok fair enough - accepted( I haven’t seen it so I will accept your perspective and I know Krushal has the capacity to deliver this thin line very well) but unfortunately, there is vagueness in the Ani-Arshi dynamic post fire incident.

There has been nothing particularly in Arshi’s demeanour to suggest that she is volatile.. except for a small scene when she stopped the SR.. After that she was Chandni not Arshi. Additionally, Shristi who keeps feeding into Arshi plays no role in that phase to advise Arshi to become physically close to Ani…My point being how dumb is the villain otherwise but somehow Leena is expecting me to believe yet they have the power to hold Ani to ransom somehow. Give me the straw to clutch at that Arshi is capable of destroying Jhanak coz if it’s anyone else it doesn’t matter to Ani. And ofc it needs to be a credible one.

The problem is Leena is juggling too many hats so tripping big time. Leena knows that no motivation is strong enough to keep Ani from acknowledging his progeny so they have created a scenario where Ani doesn’t remember the incident but no one can buy that because they didn’t build those scenes to age well.


So what remains for me to conclude that

1) Ani is now deeply committed to Arshi so he wanted her to recover and so he asked Jhanak to lose for no other reason other than Arshi’s sole well-being ( chalo yeh bhi maan liya post fire incident) having reconciled to Jhanak going away

&

2) Ani is deeply committed to Arshi but has a meltdown when he sees Jhanak with Adi.

I can go on…. But you see where this is going..

So Priya if I might explain how I understand based on what has been shown so far :

Ani is under duress about something ( chalo maan lete hain) and reconciled to a loveless life with Arshi to help her recover her mojo and when he meets Jhanak, he is taken aback but recovers enough to request her to lose to his wife ( but one whom he isn’t married to)

Then , faced with Jhanak and Adi, he loses it but after the tongue lashing he is fully reconciled to going back and leading a life with Arshi ( loveless or not I don’t know) Then Jhanak drops the baby bomb and he is livid as he doesn’t remember anything. Now he wants to save his relationship with Arshi whose status is unknown ( married, unmarried, under duress,loveless or lustful kuch pata nahin)

But ek cheez pata hain…

Ani babu can think up the most bizarre motives wrt Jhanak

Could she have tried to kill Arshi coz whatever

Could she have had decided to have a baby with Adi and then pass it off as mine to take revenge on me for asking her to lose to Arshi?

Only Ani/Leena can think thus 😂😂😂

Why do you think he refuses to be married to Arshi fully; and the monologue that he could not go through with it. I know it was again an ambigous statement, but if he has resigned himself to his fate; what is this his last hold out. Also J's ring? He has forgotten about it?

Now I fully expect Arshi to ask him to remove it and he will.
