Oohh I dunno why I thot it has 40 epis but it had 36 epis n it ended just like that 😫

Guys it's an amazing show if ur a fan of cheesy dramas 😁 so this will be long , pl bear with me n if ur planning to watch don't read ahead coz it contains spoilers

The repartee between the 2 leads is just so endearing to watch , and hilarious..she teases him , he teases her back....he's a ceo & she's a journalist , both best in their fields...he gives her a realllly hard time , she fries his brain totally with her antics to get his attention ..🤣 itni nautanki ke he saves her number with the name "actress"🤣 best was she says he won't read my messages anyways she starts sending him poetry and flirtatious msgs 🤣

This is my first time watching Dylan Wang, he looks amazing plus his demeanor is uff. Can't take ur eyes off ..it's his character that impresses..as a young ceo ,he has a vision , he takes decisions without being influenced by ppl around him , & tries hard to make them work ..as an investor he does play very risky ..another aspect of him , that he gave Away his father's company to his brother in law as he believed his bil a better one to handle it coz they go by the conservative ways ..next, his relationship with his niece is soooo endearing ..he's strict , he does everything to make her a little responsible & mature ..his jealousy , possessiveness, care , every side of his is a treat to watch ..

With shyui , he falls for her the moment he sets his eyes on her but just goes on tormenting her till she gets her act straight 🤣 that scene where she sends him gibberish message & his reaction to it was hilarious 🤣 n so many similar scenes.. ..they indulge each other so well

Zheng shyui is beauttifullll , charming , at the same time she's smart 🤩 she handles her workplace politics/ competition really well, she knows what each is upto ..like I said this is the kind of FL I like.. the only thing which I didn't like abt her is how she takes advice on dating frm her friend , who's as stupid as her in this ..it's like a blind leading another blind ..whatever, their interactions gave an insight to what she was trying to do , otherwise I was lost ..I totally believed she's falling for shi Yan.

The mu about her ex boyfriend , his current gf was hilarious imo but I'm not ready to believe her reason to approach shi Yan was just this..she was quite clear to him that she wanted to pursue him like every other girl but initially her intention was just to get the articles..although the revelation turned out to be big issue but everytime while talking to shashan she talked abt having a crush on shi Yan, and later , she was honest tht she has feelings for him.. shi Yan however was displeased that she didn't come to him for him..he let go a lot of things , he fell for her crazily 😂 he anyways said whatever the reason might be , as long as it's her , it's fine.. as long as she loves him bk , he was OK..

anyhow I believe even if a relationship starts on a bad note , if it develops into something good , it's fine ..deception of course , it kills the trust but then , one has to take the leap of faith for their happiness..the closer you get to a person , more their flaws are visible & suddenly a time comes when u think your perfect love isn't that perfect.. then it takes more and more effort to keep going .I'm glad shi Yan went to her coz it should be that way..he blocked her & he was angry , it's natural he should open a window & let the communication happen...

Her best scene imo when she tells her boss that she will take her boyfriends advice before she writes an article for his rival ..that whole sequence was so well written ..where she said I won't let my love life affect my career but at the same time I won't let my career affect my love ..n suddenly this scene comes where they interact for the first time so maturely & he is so cool abt the whole thing 😍 not just that , whatever he said abt her during that walk was so full of love..

About their chemistry, it's off the roof..their intimacy is one of the best I've seen ..in the initial epis also just when they're in one frame , you can feel the sexual tension ..

Shashan & guan ji were basically doing nothing but time pass . Except that both were frivolous , not ready for anything serious , there was nothing more to them..guanji showed some growth , frm carefree party person , he got serious with work and with his girl , also with his father & his gf , that angle was good

Yu you was a very good character ..Qin shiyue and him were good , sorted ..she chased him for pretty long time , almost look like a stalker , not too healthy but fine , she was a smart girl who knew what she wants..her growth was also good to watch..her equation with the fl was very cute ..she caused quite a bit of misunderstanding haan..shashan mu her , shiyui mu her , yu you mu her ..

The other characters, yi yang was so useless ..acting like a monkey on the tree , seriously , what was he doing there ? stupid guy..wanted him to disappear , tg he didn't cause much trouble ..Mr cheng , always with a droopy face , he smiled like 2 cms more in the end , good job shi Yan 🤣 his lean tech problems seems to be never ending ..

The mls family was perfect ..🫶 the fls family I wanted them to disappear.. forcing their daughter to date yu you , irritating ..baaki , almost everyone frm financial whatever was dating boys from cloud innovation , it was that way right ? 😆

Woah! You've written everything on point

First thing, I guess, it is of 37 epis... I mean last one is Epilogue types of 10 -12 mins with lead's marriage.

All the three musketeers are quite good looking and pro in their fields. Leader Zheng shone to another level throughout the show, which I loved the most.

Apart from what all you mentioned,

I liked Dylan Wang in this one much more than in Meteor Garden. He just nailed it. when he spoke it sparked confidence, when he didn't, it was like something is going to explode His expressions were very apt for the character. At some place, though I would have liked it if he actually spoke up but that was how his character was portrayed, who did not speak his heart. His chemistry with Bai Lu looked intense and sizzling. Even scenes with all three friends, doing some or other adventure/sport to relax was interesting.

Journalist Zheng - I was caught off guard, when she asked Shi Yan, if she can pursue him?. I was like, achanak se? Yeh kaha se aaya? But most of the times in the start, I was sure it was just for Articles. She did not know him well or even did not understand him most of the times or did not spent that much time with him, to have feelings for him. The gradual falling in love on her part was nice and hit hard towards the end. She had sharp language, khatarnak attitude and perfect sense of professionalism throughout the show. She interviewed most of the founders and important leaders in the industry and show and was accepted and loved quite well by everyone. She was good with her intern as well. They looked really cute together. I just loved Bai Lu in this one as well.

For the deception part, I guess, Shi Yan long understood, why she approached him but all he wanted, was her to confess, if she liked him truly after all. He asked her few times but she never responded and they grew distant. The moment she confessed in her drunk state, he forgiven everything from the past. Honesty indeed plays major and most important part in any relationship.

However lost Shuyi was in relationship matter, she was very crisp clear on her professional front. The way she interviewed different interviewees in different situations were shown quite well, even her convos with Editor in chief was quite good as well.

Gaun Ji and Shashan - Guan ji kept avoiding question - what after I like you? and Shashan kept avoiding him. For quite a good time. Rest of the time, nothing happened. But later they finally calmed down and got together for good.

Yu you and niece were quite good together. The most sorted couple. Specially Yu you. Just to show the age gap, he sometimes acted too matured but that suited well. I liked how gradually, from responding outright - 'I'm not suitable for you' to actively initiating conversations and meets with her, Yu you grew well and helped Ms Qin to stabilise and grow as well. She was one of the strong character as well. I loved her interactions with her uncle, aunt and yu you very much.

In the show, all the female characters were very strong, independent and capable. Except from Shi Yan's sister, every female leads were Fin. journalist and their partners were in Finance and related to Shi Yan

Not much into story but all the characters were good looking and acted their parts really well. Had fun watching the show.

I love Love Next Door too..such a good drama so funny and adorable..yeah waiting for weekends is tough but worth it..😄😊
