What a heartwarming show!! It has everything... Everything balanced. The pace of the show is so soothing... Neither rushed, nor slow. The content has a soothing effect on you too. Such a healing drama!

The leads are matured, they are capable, they are thoughtful and most of all, they are calm. All the characters are written well. Their relationship with each other are distinct and well maintained. Growth of our leads and others are clearly visible. Their concerns reach you, solution relieves you and the progress keeps you hooked.

They communicate, explain things, listen each other, support and resolve everything like adults. Nothing too dramatic, too traumatic... Things happen, it creates tension, it gets resolved in realistic way. There are second chances, but once they meet, no severe seperation, misunderstanding. Everything happens gradually and everything gets registered in your mind.

After long, I no longer was in a hurry to finish the show. I couldn't binge watch at night, not because it was heavy or not interesting... It motivated me to prioritise my health and plus it was so soothing, I couldn't help but sleep 😴

Even climax was very well done. One of the best wedding scenes I've seen in these shows and I am a fan of proper closures, so this one became my favourite for sure. He Suye had my heart ❤️ Wonderful watch 😊

I'll download the iqiqi app & watch this one next ..I've only seen the glimpses..

Almost finished love between fairy & devil ..

I started watching it when I lnow im not a fan of fantasy ..but this one just pulled me in ..

Firstly , I found this one only to watch another show of pursuit of jade hero ..surprisingly he was unrecognizable here (if I had seen this first I wouldn't know he is the same person ) ..but i loved Dylan wang , he owned this role , he was the real surprise here ..i totally loved him in only for love & just for him , I didnt wanna see him in any other role than that one , only for love is one of my most favs ..

He not only looks dashing here , he played all roles equally well..like the devil lord moon supreme , the lover boy and the warrior ..

Plotwise well..I liked the initial 10-11 epis where they develop a bond out of compulsive need to stay together ..then I started feeling bored but I continued it , n im glad bec that part i loved the most..where he saved her & takes her to cangyan sea , his castle ..

The best best part & the most hilarious one was when they switch bodies 🤣 he acted so cute so well in a girly role ..his mannerisms , his style , all his actions was just adorable ..i didnt want that track to end , but it ended quite nicely ..

Unfortunately it's a downhill ride for me thereon ..human realm was still bearable but I ff a lot of it ..

Plots , subplots, villains and their motives and the plotting planning went too deep & became too convoluted..

And here they confess love n all trials and tribulations welcome them , It just dragged and dragged to the end ..

I get it that the main plot was to establish their sacrifice as true love but it was really sad after they came together , one after another only problems ..

Also , I didnt like moon supreme losing his powers...love & emotion makes one weak , fine , do they become dumb enuf to act rash impulsive and biased ?

Having said that , the visuals ,special effects , magic , costumes , the fairyland , the arbiter hall , whatever is needed to create that fantasy effect was abs marvelous to watch ..

The characters of shengque, chengneng, dailin , xufang, all were very good but I loved shengque the most ..

I'd rather skip everything & watch the end but I just for the sake of it ill finish it ..I wish they cud make it more fun ..

Edited..OK I finished watching it ..

I particularly loved the 2nd last episode most ..the scene at the bridge where she asks him to.forget her , that one is the best..

And his dialogues made me cry ..when he was mean to her , hurt her , lied to her , she found excuses to forgive him, she was still nice to him , she never lost hope in him..n when he was good to her , she was running away from him😅

Ending was rushed but still quite satisfying..if nobody had to die, we wasted our emotions on them..but wth ..its a fantasy .

Keeping thr thread alive ..cant believe its already 24 days since I watched the last show lol I didnt wanna start anything new as its distracting..lets c

The early spring ..

No idea why I chose this one amongst all others but the very first scene pulled me in

Well , i love the office romance plots ..kaise bhi kahin bhi kuch bhi story works well for me ..

This one again , has some of the cliche elements but one thing that attracted me the most was the raw passion & under currents of guilty pleasures ...

The last one of this sort was nevertheless , this one is ofc a different league but principley the same ..

Getting involved with someone who they cant be with and cannot be without ...

Actually I dont mind that hero wasnt this perfect gentleman of the fairytale land who always does the right thing , who is always the green forest for his beloved ..he has a short fuse & a bad one ..but this quality of his makes me like him more lol

They fight they come bk to each other again fight again come back again fight due to same miscommunication issues , same misunderstandings ..and again come bk ..

So yeah..it gets a little frustrating bec I wanted to see them together as much as I could , but then they fights dont last long and then the romance also doesnt last long ..

Im on epi 13 & still 5 to go (which will be released in a couple of days ) , im sure they will find a path to each other ..

The lead heroine is ok, she looks like a cross bw lusi & the first frost heroine ..

Im glad the Chinese censors go a little easy on a few shows ..what's romance without passion correct?

I was waiting for the final episode to air before I write this ..made a mistake of watching an ongoing show & the wait is so frustrating . Sp bec they dont air it till late night ..the early spring

Its a very very interesting show I mean ..I did love it a lot , for it to conclude..

However , it wasnt a fairytale type but dealing with the real issues that is..ppl just not being clear enuf abt what they actually want ..

One had a foul mouth , other made foul choices ..and they continued like this for 6 years making the same mistake over and over ..yet not let go of each other completely ..

The breaks ups were ugly , the make ups were quick & as meangingless as the break ups ..so the emotional depth was totally missing here ..

I wont say sex was the reason they couldn't be apart ..there was a lot of pride & ego frm.both of them ..

They say life is all about the choices we make & our choices basically defines our life ..that was Shang zhitao..over and over she makes the same mistake ..of falling for him then breaking up then forgiving ..then obviously, she couldnt play the victim card in the end while making him the villain of their relationship ..I just cant buy it ..she loved him & she wanted him, he loved her & he wanted her ..where's the room for "emotional manipulation here " ?

Thankfully in the final break up scene she used the term "we" & not "you" , she said we never understood each other ..we always never trust each other ..and may I add , in difficult situations , always imagine the worst of each other .. this was not just his problem, it was her problem too ..

She believed only she was insecure and he was just proud ? he was a great deal insecure abt her ..that she will leave him any day just like that ..

She didnt realize everytime they broke up , it was him who kept running bk to her , to mend stuff ..it was never her ..still she says he was too proud ?

He never liked that he was the last one to know when something went wrong & she had no good reasoning for it ..

In the harrassment scene , it was really stupid of her to make herself the bait just to get evidence , which in the end , the company said isnt enuf ..she put herself in grave danger yet its wrong of him to think she is vulnerable

Yes , he shouldve sensed that shes upset n something terribly wrong happened ..everytime everywhere ..but can the couples not try to be more expressive to each other than just expect the other to understand all their thoughts ? Not everyone can do it ..

She got me confused several times ..she wanted to prove something to him thats why she continued to work at lime ? Bec when the company asked her to settle the harassment case n not go public with it , she should've left that company right there . It was good for both of them , they could've gone public with their relationship & there was no need to climb the corporate ladder to prove anything ..but she not only stopped him from leaving the company , she didnt leave herself..

Surprisingly the final break up , the specialist award nite was the most senseless twist (only if they clear it in the final episode ) ..she was fine with luke if she won that award ? She accused him of being greedy ? Yes she can blame him for being ignorant abt her friends death but that award ?

The disgusting & unhealthy relationship was the one she was carrying for 6 years ? And I thought they showed some growth in there , after multiple misunderstandings & break ups they were also talking to each other's parents, they were talking of marriage & future .

The last few episodes were a drag & really didnt add anything to the story ..it was basically over after the Tibet trip ..but they had to have that one more round of "you never cared you always hurt me " ..yeah that was true about him but what was she doing ? Her priority in life was her career or him ?

Why did she need any sort of validation from.him ?

Its a rant or a review but ..I wanted to take it out .. I loved watching it bec it was a brain teaser for me lol

I loved every bit of it ..

Meanwhile I also finished can this love be translated ..

I loved both the leads so I wanted to watch them badly ..

The girl was really cute & her character was very pure , she stayed like that throughout ..

It started really well but then I ff 4-5 episodes together to watch the finale ..I needed a translator in the end to figure out what was going on ..

Clearly she loved him, he knew it , he loved her too but he never says it ..why does he not confess? The extra elements (all other chars) like everyone else in the show was like noise to me ..whatever I saw i loved it..the locations the scenery the music and the leads ..👌
