Here’s the thing:

I understand completely what mode Mustafa is in right now. He’s angry at himself and has gone into self hate but why is he taking it out on Sharjeena? It’s almost like he’s MAD at her for being so perfect and having it together unlike him. Sari frustration uss pe nikaal raha hai over something she cannot control which is HIS failures and lack of respect in the house.

The kitchen scene… Bhai agar ITNA HI BURA LAG RAHA HAI Sharjeena ke liye tou jao aur kitchen main uss ki help karo? Zubaida ko daantne se Kya hoga ? Do it yourself? I don’t appreciate keh he is on one hand feeling BAD for Sharjeena for being in this situation but then on the other hand he’s doing nothing HIMSELF to ease things for her.

He’s noticing it all but he’s just being passive and bitter about it and letting it happen while also being a jerk to her.

Also he’s taking Adeel’s word for everything and ignoring so much love and caring words spoken by Sharjeena for him. Kuch tou credit de do larki ko?

Overall really enjoying this angst phase but I do think Sharjeena leaving in next episode is warranted. About damn time ! That whole family and also Mustafa needs a rude wake up call. At the end of this I hope things change for the better between them because I can see this leading to some solid communication between the two regarding Mustafa’s recent inferiority complex.

The MIL is so blatantly obvious about her favoritism no wonder Mustafa turned out the way he is! What she is doing with her daughter in laws is exactly the difference she would have shown between Adeel and Mustafa when they were growing up. She has serious issues and I cannot wait for her downfall. I need Rubab to teach her some lessons.

I also loved how Sharjeena had her little wins by not getting up to look for the diamond ring and also saying she doesn’t know how to make Shahi Tukray 😍

Esse regressive writing kehte hain because writer is simultaneously showing keh he is also feeling BAD for Sharjeena being in this position because of him.

It kind of takes away a lot from him supposedly being “concerned for her” You have concern and feel bad but then also treat her like a jerk and also not try to help her.

His motivations are completely selfish right now for me. Full on inferiority complex and that’s it.
