I think the time when Anita was playing the lead, the actress playing her DIL wasn't even born
So I don't think it's women aging fast, it's more like men sustain for long
Ashnoor was 1 year old when kavyanjali was on air

It actually is both way I guess. I mean the actresses also accept the roles. Look at Jenny. She is 39. And I don't see her doing mothers roles even when she is 40+
But Parineeta she is doing mother roles even when she was 27.
Ashnoor is like 18/19 old, she is playing DIL roles now
Currently Ashnoor is 20 not 19

Even Tina Dutta didn't Played Mother roles even if she crossed late 30s

@bold- mere bolne ka matlab yahi tha
You put it in a better way.
Becoz ITV and bollywood cannot able to write substantial female roles for women in 40's as a lead. Yes it is changing via ott but still the stereotype of typical of female lead is still very much prevalent.

Next disaster.

The Actor is 41 and Actress is a kid ffs. Now I blame the parents. She will be forced to do all the intimate/romantic scenes.
