But all these 2000's actresses who are in early 40's currently are playing mother and mother in law role. Vanshaj ko hi dekh lo...gurdeep, mona vasu, parineeta maam ...all are in early 40's and playing mother to such big kids. And here actor like harshad chopda in the same age are still playing ML.

Yep, ITV is hyporcrite

For women after they cross 40 they them mother roles of FL/ML but 40+ actors still play ML

Main just FIR hi dekh Rai thi....Kavita kaushik is so good with performance and dialogue delivery as haryanvi cope.

Kavita kaushik has her own business, that's why she is not dependent on ITV for her survival. Hence, it was right decision on her part to leave ITV as women in 40's got only saas and maa roles.

Even it's It's happening on PTV too I remember A daily soap that aired on geo which is called maa nahi saas hu main which is a remake of Kyunki Saas maa Bahu beti hoti hai Erum akhtar who's a 41 Year Old actress at that time is playing the mom of sumbul Iqbal who's a 31 year old actress

BTW before leaving ITV kavita did Laxmi Ghar aayi which was a typical show

Gurdeep has started playing mother roles after best of luck Nikki became hit although I don't watch BOLN

I think the time when Anita was playing the lead, the actress playing her DIL wasn't even born

So I don't think it's women aging fast, it's more like men sustain for long
