I disagree. Rubab is not responsible for Adeel's parents. Adeel never made any effort to reconcile with his parents except one visit & never tried to introduce Rubab with his father. He made a choice to choose money over relations & so far showed no regrets/remorse for his actions.

Why is adeel so appalled sharjeena married Mustafa? He was always talking down about her family being poor so I would think he would find mustafa and sharjeena to be a better pair
