It is not her grand parent, it is basically her partner's grand parent who don't lose an opportunity to insult her, her parvarish ( mom) and her partner.

for that we need to understand its a tv show phases will come and go we get too much attach to charectors whichc even directors or creators dont get as they very easily ruin them so its better to take phase by phase as i take jo track dekhan hain dekho or else do other things i have learnt this in hard way but ya i have learned it . mere profile main jo pic hain uska fan banke rehna itna assan bhi nahi hain he tought me everything fictionally

Ya, I got your question why people will still forgive Kaveri despite her character assasinating Abhira's mum, but can't forgive armaan. Not forgiving Armaan i completely get it, but why forgive Kaveri I also don't understand

my logic was ki people can still forgive elderly (which I don't understand) but are more unforgiving towards partners, may be from that angle.
