I just noticed - is bench par Armaan ka naam nahi hai. Its his favourite bench which has all his family members names including Abhira, but his name is not there. That man has never thought himself as part of his family even to add his own name on his favourite bench, but made sure Abhira was there. Armaan has always thought about other people before own his wants or needs. In many ways, Abhira is the very first choice he made for himself.

Armaan choosing his own happiness and peace of mind over his family for the first time would be better caption.

Or Armaan choosing anything himself.....

I feel only abhira will be reason for there separation. Her over love for family will create distance between them and ruhi will instigate armaan more by saying 'abhira more important is family then him and she only married him for family love etc ' and her constant fear for being bully by dadisa will always make her conscious and that will make her give more important to family thinking if she do any mistakes armaan and family will get angry on her and she will be remain alone
