This is about Ar-Ro as one of them will be next owner of the firm. Sanjay wants Ro as he is incapable of handling cases and can be easily manipulated. With Ruhi's presence and her eyeing Ar so obviously Ro will get angry and distance will increase between brothers making Ar cut from firm and leaving Sanjay peaceful.
