I am trying to understand this since they have introduced this track. Like why do they need lawyer for the proceeding when there is not conflict of interest and both want to divorce mutually. As to my knowledge Ruhi haven't claimed any cruelty against Rohit or his family.

After papers have been signed they can simply present in front of judge and say that their marriage is reached to a irreconcilable point and we can't continue at any cost.

But obviously writers have to create some masala, to get Arman and Abhira against each other in court.

They can pit them against each other in court for a real case. This is not even a case. Its such a drag. Ruhi should go to frickin hell. Ugh.
