Ask the writers. They'll be like "ye toh socha hi nai" yeah arman will fight rohits case & tell the judge ke ruhis ex boyfriend coz whom the marriage broke up is yours truly . Matter clear. Then judge will ask..in that case arman should be fighting ruhis case 🤪 but she appointed his wife to fight for ruhi against his brother..wah ye toh accident case se bhi better hai😝

Divorce cases don't need lawyers per se , just representation if it's mutual coz ppl dunno the formal legal proceedings..

Actually this divorce case should be between kaveri and ruhi, then abhira will win

Judge should look at left n right n ask abhira just a few days bk u were sending her to jail .

I am very confused by lawyer sahiba ..she declares in front of Kaveri and the other Poddars that Ruhi is unfit for Rohit and that he deserves better …and then she tells her client that she should try and give this marriage a chance because the papers are unsigned ..to the best of my knowledge, no lawyer advises a client seeking divorce to reconcile ..that is the job of the family counsellor, who might want to explore if there are ways for the marriage to be saved particularly if the court so directs ..so if Ruhi goes by her advice and decides to give Rohit a chance, isn’t this directly against what lawyer sahiba believes Rohit deserves …is this how she distinguishes between personal and professional ..she gives professional advice that is directly in conflict with her personal wish for an individual’s well-being …does that not make her a hypocrite then, to have taken that stand in front of the family in the first place ?
