Jokes aside, I completely agree that there was no reason to add the middle name. But I felt bad for the Speaker. He was just reading what was written, m sure he meant no harm. Very decently he clarified that he said it only coz that was how it was recorded there. Aren't members informed of how their names are recorded?

Agree. He seemed very genuine when he clarified that he just read out what was written. How is he to know she is not in agreement with this.
