Exactly. Arshi was a character who had all the potential grey shades. And believe it or not, I actually started this for Arshi because I see J and A's in every other show. Arshi seemed like a very real person in the beginning given her situation. And those people have the greatest range to actually analyze and write about.
I am happy to see my initial fav of the duo getting to shine again.
Bold- Ani always was the guy who wants to help people, especially in terms of career because he can. So yes, it started with a sense of responsibility and morphed into a sense of love. It seems very typical but is always refreshing to watch because it shows how I love you because I need you changes to, I need you because I love you.
As usual Guruji, I cannot Tag you. Aapko mujse koi dushmani hai kya??
underlined - Interesting
Personally, in a love story that I am drawn to.. I only marginally observe the other characters. My main preoccupation remain the main protagonistsβ¦ in this story itβs Ani largely that I analyse, Janak is linear so not much to write there until her arc grows. Arshi was in my periphery of vision but until the character starts to matter in the Act, I am not into analysing much π
Arshi I have observed but I started to analyse her only after the fire incident as now the time to add up all the older actions has come.

Ur love for Ani is blind Dear that's why u defend his every action n Give excuses for his every lie. In BH he couldn't go physical with Jhanak because he was afraid to caught by his family.
Peoples who r neutrals they very well know about all characters in the show because they don't do any partiality. I rest my case here
Sorry If I hurt ur sentiments
You know this forum is a place where different people from different backgrounds with different mindset , different opinions come together to discuss show and characters...So for every opinions there will be agreements and arguments as well...
Plus here there is no word limits giving everyone a chance to speak and express their heart out...All we can do is accept and respect all kinds of opinions....
So here dismissing someone's opinion saying that it is just your blind love for the character and neutrals very well know about other characters can definitely be avoided as I don't think it is needed....
As much as I know here Everyone loves RuNak.... that's why most of us are here...in a way most are biased & do partiality towards them...
Sorry!! no intention to offend but saw your post and felt like saying this.....
Again sorry if I am being offensive..but that's not the intention....
You are right Arshi is real person , the most unrealistic character of this show is jhanak for me β¦ ani is also relatable for me.

I dont like her character at all.
She was grey only in the two episodes , the moment she realised Jhanak can dance well than her and Anirudh is getting impressed by her she turned to a dark character. If not black more n more dark. I can never like her character for she being a modern ,educated , succesful , women being so cheap towards a young orphan girl . Her behaviour towards Anirudh I can still ignore, but towards Jhanak is so mean and inhuman . Recently in th kashmir wedding when Anirudh outs garland on her ,she was looking and smiling at Jhanak in a way ..which said look how much ever you try Anirudh will be mine and you cant win over me. To whom to that girl , who is silently sacrificing everything for Arshi. To the one who never claimed her marriage to Anirudh was real. Her suicide drama to frame Jhanak, everything was so inappropriate given her character as a modern women. How she supported reversal rasam instead of suggesting annulment. So many other inhuman things....
She is the typical vamp who doesnt allow the male lead to be with female lead..
But making male lead weak now they are showing her as victim and justifying her becoming darker.
Yeh before that they made her dangle so much between good and evil .. I also did not pay lot of attention to her as she was annoying as hell !
But she is now finally gaining that self respect I questioned once whether she has or not β¦ acting like a woman with the kind of career she has now β¦ questioning anirudh. To be honest , if one of us were in her shoes , if you think the person who is marrying you has someone else in the heart and only prob doing it out of pity I guess we will react the same way,our decision will be to leave him lol but thatβs where good and bad people differ !π

What Anu? U have tagged me no?? interesting analysis on Arshi π
not quite... See in anything that has happened to J so far, she surely supported to vocally but she was never part of a plan to hurt her directly. She knew things but she did not do things... Well, she is not as despicable as her mother, they have always shown that. There were instances where some white colors came out of her and we all complained about why are they trying to whitewash her. In Anirudh's eyes, she is wrong, but she is not someone like Shristi who is beyond redemption.
Good people always try to see good in others. For example, when Ani brought J home, she was against it but he used to also say, I know no one supports but Arshi will. Because he thinks of her as a good person and she probably was as well much more white than now. But her insecurities brought out the worst in her. But once she was a good person in ani's dictionary and you cannot forget an image of a person just like that... because they spent time together and that means something. He probably has seen her when she was her best
She can come across as unreasonable, harsh, and cruel with words, and can hit Jhanak but she is not despicable. Her actions always were backed by one thing -- you are hurting me emotionally when all I gave you was love and she was right in that because she loved Anirudh more than he loved her. See, her being a person with a dark gray color does not rule out the fact that she felt hurt, her love turned into ashes and now all that is left is hate. If she is darker gray, Ani is light gray... and so is Jhanak rani because of her mahanata for me... she is light light gray...
And like you said this fire thing is an added advantage. His family was already making him feel bad about not focusing on Arshi, so it's guilt*10.
She didnt plan anything , but she supported all the plans , silently or vocally. She even rejoiced when she heard Tejas kidnapped Jhanak. She didnt want Anirudh to help Jhanak in stopping the marriage to uncle groom. She was all ok when her mother and others were man handling Jhanak to help Tejas put the sindoor. Not planning is not so great when you are supporting all the actions. In the event after Jhanak dance she was the one who stopped Anirudh at the party so that , they could send Jhanak away to Kashmir. She knew the plan well. She likes to play the victim card always .
Loving Anirudh , Is this love ? I dont know. She is not even a good friend to him from the time Jhanak entered their life. Anirudh is the one who trusted Arshi and thought she will support her. But she didnt . It could be his belief that she would support when a situation arises. She just is selfish .
These two girls are beautiful only if we see them through Anirudh eyes ....else both are π€π¬π¬π¬π¬
Yes , they are grey , light grey , light light grey and in between we will become dark jet black β«
You are right Arshi is real person , the most unrealistic character of this show is jhanak for me β¦ ani is also relatable for me.
Because you have found a new favourite in Gopi bahu, you are saying this about Jhanak na! π₯Ή

Bold- See, I am the opposite. Even in my writing, I started with writing FFs for other characters in a show more than the leads because everyone tends to write on them unlike the others, even the makers. It gives me a chance to analyze their motivations, reasons and actions in a way and see how they are the fitting cogs in the story of the leads.
Even now, I would love to write on Boses with each character separately if I had time. I do have a draft on Mukherjees already, but not been posted since Arshi became interesting again.
Yes, Ani is very interesting because his USP is that he is one of the few characters who has great potential to be a villain but chooses to be an anti-hero due to his upbringing and uses the grey shades in his nature to do good instead.
Arshi was interesting in the beginning but became a tool for her mother's manipulations. But now she is growing into her own and I am here to see her journey too.
