I don't think so that he is characterless but emotionally is not mature .in Kashmir hotel he is emotionally weak in this reason he saying i love you.i have problem without consent he doesn't hug to jahank.

The way makers showed him ,he is shown confused only....Confused in the sense he knows deep down that he loves Jhanak...but he is trying to Gaslight himself into believing that he doesn't love her... bcz it makes his life easy at this point...He is under tremendous guilt already bcz of Arshi...now this acceptance of love is only making him more guilty ...so he is trying to avoid it....He is creating a confusion for himself...as there is no point of that admittance...but will it work!!!

Soo now two options....

1: He can continue to lie to everyone including himself and choose to live the life of lie..

2: Be truthful to his own feelings and face the consequences..&..choose his own happiness.....

Now he is doing the first thing...and his parents are not opposing him..bcz his parents want him to do that...but the day he will choose later, first opposition will come from his parents....

But it is a journey....yes slow paced but he will choose the second one one day definitely.......I am waiting for that day...

Exactly.....she looked like a bechari bcz Ani didn't speak up today....yes she made some good points....but those arguments are one-sided....

Ani also could have said 1000 things regarding how she failed as a girlfriend....how much suffocated she had made it for him....She is someone who has never understood from someone else's point of view.... Other's pain, turmoil.. nothing is important to her...

But Ani is not like that...he understood Arshi's pain...and stood there silently... Giving this woman the dignity that she deserves....

But one day he will speak...He will come clean with her...as this care is definitely gonna go down now step by step..as he will continue to witness the evil side of Arshi...
