And this show is "yeh rishta kya kehlata hai" which is the sole purpose of characters in the show & mainly FL to figure out the relations and keep interfering in others relations to fix them till the time someone dies in that attempt and after that being pregnant go missing for 5 yrs then again come back and fix your child's relationship with the dad ,so it's a loop...

Amitabh’s film Sooryavansham where he goes from a coolie to a top businessman in a song ..this show may not set it to a song but the journey to fame and professional success will be as hollow and sketchy as it was there …this show is not about Abhira’s journey to becoming a successful lawyer ..unless people think the Rishta is between Abhira and the legal profession

Without discussing the forbidden season, can someone tell me if the entry of an AA guarantees professional success ? As per season 4, Abhira’s mother Akshara was shown as a middle-aged lawyer ..who had no life-partner and only a daughter ..she was probably a good human being but clearly not an uber successful lawyer, since she was also managing a resort on the side? Moral of the story being that, to be shown semi-successful even, the FL has to be middle-aged and divorced, widowed or separated …but isn’t that the case in DKP’s TRP topping show ..is that FL super successful in her career ? Or is the problem being the FL? Showing her career oriented or being successful is not going to fetch TRPs? On a side note, if I actually wanted to watch a show about a super successful career woman, ITV is the last place I’d look 🤣

I might be wrong here but honestly if anything, I've only seen the MLs of every gen in this show doing one or multiple jobs consistently barring season 1 smiley37 Naitik used to do office regularly until Akshara joined and she even became a teacher in SA! Kartik was employed with Naitik, then joined Goenkas and also became professor for a bit Naira was an aspiring dancer who got her academy and once that track was done she barely worked until it paved way for a leap.. Gen 3 tho ML and PL were doctors but FL was aspirational singer who became music therapist for a bit and eventually turned lawyer towards the end of that season! So this is really the first time Rishta has a FL in a professional job! But that is also only because it paved the way for the entry of the ML's family which is the family around which whole season is built in every generation.. so professional or not, FLs largely only serve the purpose of sorting all kinds of issues and situations in the ML's family! Their own career aspirations also only serve any purpose in that respect only!

Expecting a proper, consistent storyline about the professional life of a character from rishta out of all shows is just hilarious to me The best they can do is show Abhira super successful after a leap or something without much of an explanation.
