Sam looks the age she plays on screen even if she is actually older.

She is an absolutely delightful actor to watch. she manages to convey so many emotions so wonderfully. She is really superb in so many scenes and gives takkar in terms of screen presence and performance to older and experienced actors like Anita ji or RoPu , Shruti Ulfat and Rawat, Siddarth sir etc. most importantly I can see her growth in terms of performance in emotional scenes, comedy/light scenes in terms of timing and her dancing- she is not a trained dancer but she manages to emote and enjoy her dancing so I like watching her performances. the way she did the hostel dance , the dance on punjabi wedding song, the baarat dream sequence- many of these dance sequences have been really good.

She is definitely the newbie in terms of acting experience except perhaps chorus gang actors. but she is SO SO good.

Honestly imo Garvita is really ordinary and nothing to rave about. I dont think she has given even one scene where she was really good that its worth talking about. doesnt help that her character is so unlikeable that many of us simple FF her scenes now. She is not too much better than Pratiksha but Pratiksha was a rank newcomer whereas Garvita is not. I felt the way Pratiksha was, and the way Ruhi 1.0 was written, they actually made Ruhi seem not so horrible then and Pratiksha brought a certain innocence despite her bad acting which Garvita lacks entirely- she always look like a scheming, conniving %^&*#- there were many more scenes written with Ruhi 1.0 where she looked teeny bit reasonable even though she was always a flipper and immoral person. She felt bad for how she behaved with Abhira when Kaveri case happened, she was concerned when Abhira was attacked by Yuvraj, she was concerned about Abhira when she came to save her and Kiara. but now she looks pure DHONGI. Garvita seems to be nice and chill person offscreen but on screen she is really not special imo. neither is she someone one can love to hate like Anitaji or Siddharth sir. Aisa kuch nahi kiya usne to actually deserve the supporting actor thing - that too only 2 months into the show.

To be fair, I am not sure there's much Garvita can do to make her performance better because the writing of Ruhi is crappy. And Garvita doesnt have an innocent face either to pull of a bechaari mentally sick person which is the writers narrative. she is such a cringe character that unlike Sanjay, Kaveri where you care to see what villainous thing they do , with Ruhi you just want to NOT see her pathetic face.
